Every one of these started with no audience and no budget for ads. What moved them was the same sequence every time: find where buyers are already searching, work out where I could realistically compete, then build the pages that get found and cited. Here is the work, and the numbers it produced.
From zero audience to €13,200 closed in two months, on search and video
I built a 3D product configurator in three months, then had to make people find it. No list, no brand, no ads. Search and YouTube did the work: the tutorials that answer what buyers type became the lead engine, and LLMs now cite the same pages back to them.
The platform and the launches that took an AI academy to €500K+ ARR
I joined when it was the founder and me. I built the learning platform that served 4,000+ students, and I ran the launches on the other side of it. One of the first campaigns did €85K in seven days.
Stuck at 500 readers for a year, then 15,000 a month in four
My first project, and the one where the system came from. Publishing more changed nothing. Positioning, search intent and an editorial team of seven changed everything, and that is still the sequence I run for clients today.
I install it over three months with the OCAVI framework: analyze where you stand, study who is winning, map what your buyers ask Google and ChatGPT, build the pages that answer it, then measure and iterate. Start by seeing where you show up today.
